We have very little competition in this field but our prices are still extremely reasonable, either as fixed price or on a cost per hour with a not-to exceed limit. We are located in central Florida in Brevard County, but can work with you anywhere in the country.

Process Mapping: Detailed process mapping allows us to understand the activities in the process and how materials flow. Process mapping always uncovers inefficiencies that can be corrected. This leads to improved processes even before optimizing the floor layout. It also is a precursor to discrete simulation and process flow analysis shown below.

Discrete Simulation: Discrete Simulation provides an analysis of throughput and choke points before ever installing or moving a single piece of equipment. This allows testing of multiple floor layouts before committing to one. It also identifies targets for improvement in the flow of materials.

Process Flow Analysis: Process flow analysis allows visualization of the movement of people or materials. This can quickly lead to an understanding of where inefficiencies exist and how to eliminate them. It is critical to layout work in the order it will occur to the greatest extent possible, in order to eliminate the waste of movement.
